1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using AI Hallucination Hunt ("the game"), operated by Nextier, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. Licence to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the game.
• Cheat, use unauthorised automation, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Copy, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit the game or its content, including puzzle images and words.
• Use the game in any unlawful way or to infringe the rights of others.

4. In-game items, coins & hints

The game may include virtual items such as coins and hints. These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Any purchases, where offered, are handled by the Google Play billing system and are subject to its terms.

5. Intellectual property

The game, its design, artwork, AI-generated imagery, puzzle content, logos and the "AI Hallucination Hunt" name are owned by Nextier and protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Availability & updates

We may update, change or discontinue the game or any of its features at any time. Some features require an internet connection to load new levels; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated terms.
