How AI Hallucination Hunt handles your data. Short version: we collect as little as possible.

1. Who we are

AI Hallucination Hunt ("the game", "we", "us") is developed and operated by Nextier. This policy explains what information the game collects when you play, why, and what control you have over it.

2. Information we collect

We designed the game to work with minimal data. Depending on how you play, we may process:

  • Game progress — your current level, coins, hints, XP, rank and streak. This is stored locally on your device so your progress is not lost.
  • Level content — puzzle images and words are fetched from our servers so the game can show new levels. This is a download to your device, not a collection of your data.
  • Technical & diagnostic data — anonymous crash reports and basic device information (device model, OS version) that help us fix bugs and improve stability.
  • Advertising & analytics identifiers — if ads or analytics are enabled, third-party partners may use device identifiers as described in section 5.

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or precise location to play.

3. How we use information

  • To save and restore your game progress.
  • To deliver puzzle levels and daily challenges.
  • To diagnose crashes and improve performance.
  • To show ads and measure their performance, where applicable.

4. Data storage

Your gameplay progress is stored locally on your device. Level content is served from our infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Third-party services

The game may use trusted third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

  • Google Play services — distribution and app functionality.
  • Firebase (Google) — level delivery and, where enabled, crash reporting and analytics.
  • Advertising partners — if the game shows ads, these partners may collect device identifiers to serve relevant ads.

6. Children's privacy

AI Hallucination Hunt is a family-friendly word game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

7. Your choices

  • Clear local game data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage in your device settings.
  • Manage ad personalisation through your device's advertising settings.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
